All houses and apartments that are rented via Arjeplogs Husuthyrning are privately owned by local people who move out of their homes during the winter season. It is therefore very important to respect and take good care of these homes.

 The houses/apartments are cleaned once a week and towels and bed-linen are changed. If you need anything, for example, extra towels or if you have other questions regarding the house - please contact the house owner.

 If you use the landline to telephone abroad, please check the rate and cost of the phone call and leave money for the house owner.

 A few important things:

- Do not change the settings on the TV if the channels are not working. Please contact the house owner.

- Do not leave windows or doors open for more than five minutes. Many houses have water-filled radiators and pipes that can freeze if exposed to the extreme cold weather.

- Never adjust the settings of the heating system on your own, except on the radiators. Contact the owner of the house or Arjeplog Husuthyrning if the heating is not working properly.

- You can drink the water from the tap. Arjeplog has clean and good tap water.

- All houses and apartments are non-smoking. A fee of 2000 SEK will be charged for smoking indoors. We hope that you will enjoy your stay and feel at home!
